Strongsage reached the final through the upper bracket, defeating baSe, Thri11er and cYpheR along the way. maxter took the opposite route after losing to baSe in the opening round, winning six consecutive lower-bracket matches before reaching the Grand Final. cYpheR finished third.
The victory gives Strongsage his third EGB QC Cup title. All ten tournaments in the series have so far been won by just three players: k1llsen leads with four titles, while Keltz and Strongsage have three each.
