i already wrote a post on http://www.esreality.com but perhaps it is much better here.
What is the prefered way to add a own Server to qlstats.net
Should i install https://github.com/PredatH0r/XonStat or just add the Server through http://qlstats.net:8081/servers.html ?

http://qlstats.net:8081/servers.html is super easy.

If you just want your server to be tracked, you can add it yourself:
QLStats Admin Panel #4

Please use the same port number for game port and ZMQ stats, set a ZMQ password and open the port in your firewall before you register the server.

What else is required for ingame !elo command? Minqlx is installed, but !elo produces no output.

i'm not familiar with the minqlx plugin, but depending on whether your server uses official settings or custom settings, you may need to change the URL for the rating source. qlstats.net:8080/elo is used for the A-ratings, qlstats.net:8080/elo_b is for the B-ratings (custom game settings/factories)

It seems that panel 3 is not working and my games are not updating on qlstats anymore as of yesterday.Is anyone else that uses panel 3 having the same issue?

The process that hosts panel 3 and tracks all the servers on it terminated for unknown reasons without an error message.
Matches that were played since then are lost and cannot be recovered.
It's running again now and I'll keep an eye on it.

Aww thats too bad, I lost about 50 games on my servers :( but it is what it is, stuff happens. I am just thankful for all the efforts you put in pred and thanks for all that you do for the game we all love !

Also pred, if you could put a news bulletin on the site explaining that panel 3 was down, it would be great. Maybe save you and us server owners from having to explain over and over why last nights games are missing, thanks again man !

It seems the leaderboard may be broken too. The most active servers games have not increased all day, yet they do show in the individual servers stat page correctly as being played.

The "Most Active" data on the start page is only updated once per hour because it is relatively expensive to compute.
It's only counting matches from the last 7 days, so the numbers won't change much when the activity on the server isn't changing

That may depend on where you are hosting your linux system. Sometimes all ports are open by default, other times you can use an administration web page of your hoster to enable ports, other times you need to use iptables or some other linux commands to open them.
You can also get "can't connect" when zmq_stats_enable is not set to 1 or when zmq-stats_ip or zmq_stats_port is different to what you are trying to register. I recommend to leave the last 2 settings blank.

sudo ufw allow 27960/tcp
sudo ufw status

remove your from the listserver, readd.
This should work on Ubuntu/Debian machines. You have to open udp for ql, and tcp for qlstats.

I really want to add my server to. I have looked at all four panels 24/7 but nonone dropps under 250 Has anyone here some info so I can get my only gameport regged. If not, why isnt this problem fixed already (sad face) =*/

I vote to set the system to auto delete servers that fail to connect maybe have 7 days. There are currently 527 (these maybe ports on a server and not the exact IP) but still this is an entire panel of wasted slots.
