I know it's only a very small difference, but can anyone explain to me why in this game I (tr3v) lost ELO, yet galala gained ELO? I did better than him in every single way, and I'm a lower ELO, yet I lost 1 ELO, and he gained 2. Is it just me or is it broken?

credo che sia dovuto dal fatto che tu avevi un mate con 2000 glicko anche questo e' sbagliato secondo me
I think it's due to the fact that you had a mate with Glicko 2000 , this is wrong in my opinion.
I am convinced that the Glicko system, at least as far clan arena, is wrong, because it ignores the teamplay and often pushes the players to do damage and kill hiding and often staying last. this is wrong in a match , the teamplay is more important than the damage or kill
