QC Rail and Lightning Gun
Do Rail and LG in QC have a buzzing sound when not using them? like in Quake Live.
I'm hoping not because I find that constant sound really annoying. At least make it
so I don't have to hear my own weapons but I can hear opponents weapons if it has to
be in the game.

That would disable new players to recognize these weapons are making a sound. I personally like it - it's part of the feeling.
I just think it would be better to balance the weapons without having the drawback of them making a constant sound, an unpleasant sound imo.
